Seminar Registration and Cancellation Policy

Seminar tuition and/or Vendor fees and must be paid in full at time of registration.

Cancellation / Non-Attendance – In-Person Seminars, Webinars and Webcasts

If you cancel your registration or are unable to attend, your seminar fee may be transferred to a future Miami Chiropractic Conference (MCC) event. After 1 month from the date of your initial seminar registration, all seminar fees will be forfeited. Paid seminar fees are non-transferable to another participant.

Seminar refunds will be issued, minus a 10% cancellation fee, provided the following conditions are met:

MCC reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a seminar is canceled by MCC, the registrant can choose to transfer tuition to another scheduled seminar or request in writing a refund.
